Book an appointment online by clicking the “Get Started” button on the home page. You can also find a “Book a Consultation” button at the bottom of most pages. Select the therapist and your chosen modality (telephone or video). Lastly, pick your ideal date and time.
You can also give us a call and we would be happy to do this step for you.

Once your session is booked, you will receive an email to set up a private account on our platform. Here you will be able to keep track of your appointments, book follow up sessions and access important documents.

You will also receive email notification that your intake forms have been sent for you to fill out. You can click the link within the email. Alternatively, you will find the intake forms in your account once set up is complete. These MUST be completed prior to your first session.

If your session is online via video, you will need to log into your account and click on your scheduled appointment. There will be a little video icon that will begin your video session. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early to make sure your audio and video settings are working properly.
If you session is via Telephone, please have your phone ready as your counsellor will call you at your scheduled appointment time.

Most sessions are 50 minutes long. Your first appointment will be getting to know you and you getting to know your therapist. You will learn how sessions are structured, talk about your goals for therapy and develop a treatment plan. Therapy is client-focused which means that you will dictate what you want to work on in therapy and your therapist will be your guide to address to addressing your concerns.
